HII!! youre welcome!! im glad i could help heheh - i figured out the *possible* reason why you couldnt see the autocrop button! - the autocrop button only shows up if you are making a gif stamp, pc or mobile! the tutorial given to you was meant for animated stamps i suppose! - if you are wanting to make a static stamp, follow the steps in order until step four. once you get to step four, do not crop the stamp. - instead, download the stamp with the big transparent space around it. - go to a site called "Image Tools Online" and upload the image. the link is below! link >> https://www.imageonlinetools.com/trim-transparent-pixels - click the "Trim image" button. once you have done that, you can download it! - hopefully that solves the problem! ]

HIYA!! im glad u asked :33 - the stamps i made are a bit old, and the process i used to make them is also old. i am currently remaking them all! the process i currently use is through a tutorial made by stampkin on tumblr! - their tutorial is specifically for animated stamps, but you can make regular stamps using the same method. link>> https://stampkin.tumblr.com/post/715967711859064832/hi-how-do-you-put-gifs-in-stamps-i-cannot-figure - incase you dont want to go through this post, ill simplify it. all credits go to stampkin though! - to begin, you need a gif or image you will be using to make your stamp. make sure the gif youre using isnt a gifv or webp file! ez.gif dosen't support those. - all that you need to create an animated stamp is the website, ez.gif. link >> https://ezgif.com/ - to create a stamp, youre going to need a stamp template. heres one if you dont have it already. download the image in this link! link >> https://64.media.tumblr.com/3f6a461b562e01d7387437b23a41b41f/d0d261d2ccf0fece-60/s250x400/6870e8329fd9b8623b3cfc3b449ac7abcf7f8db8.png - once you have all of these, you can begin making your stamp. - step one! (optional) go to "Crop" on the ez.gif website and crop your gif any desired way you want. crop any background space to put more focus on the character. do whatever! make sure its at least rectangular though. once you are done, click the blue "Crop Image" button. - step two! click the "Resize"button and resize the cropped gif to 91 width x 47 height (px). click the blue "Resize Image" button below. you will have a tiny, stamp sized image. - step three! go to the "overlay" section with your resized image. once you are there, click the "Extend Canvas Size" button. this is important! once you have done this, insert the stamp border you downloaded. once your border is there, reposition it to 41 (left) by 19 (top). HOWEVER! check note below! - NOTE!! (edit: 8/11/24) i personally use **40 (left) by 18 (top)** for reposition coordinates. stampkin's original tutorial says 41 by 19, but i found that those coordinates dont work well, and leave transparent space! i dont know if thats an issue with me, or if the tutorial is wrong, but if you see a small transparent space when using 41 by 19, i recommend 40 by 18 to be better!! - anyways, if the stamp border still seems off-centered, drag and drop it until its perfect. keep track of the new "left" and "top" reposition coordinates for later use! - step four! - (edit: 8/11/24) if you are making a gif stamp, use this step! if you are making a static stamp (picture stamp) please stop here and refer to the instructions above this message! - continuing on with step four- this step is important, and you shouldnt skip it! you will be left with an image that has transparent space around your stamp. to remove this, you need to click "Crop" again. once you are back in the crop section, find the "Autocrop (trim transparent pixels around the image)" checkbox. select that. then, click the blue "Crop" button. - after this, you should have an animated stamp! this method works for regular images too, rather than gifs. (i hope.) - again, this tutorial was made by stampkin on tumblr. i just simplified it! - hopefully this made sense. if you have any questions, feel free to ask! :]
